Doing remote field geology that is. 
New job that I started a week ago and should last for at least a month, maybe more. Even then, the company I am with has other projects going on in the state that I can probably get on board with. Pretty sweet camp setup, has generator power, water, well-stocked kitchen, shower, laundry, and satellite internet. Of course this means more time being busy and not posting stuff despite having a backlog of things I could post. One of these days...XDDD

Graduation and New Job

Today is the official graduation ceremony for UAF. Time to walk across the stage from one chapter of my life to another. One that starts not soon after actually.
Over the summer I'll be working with a mineral exploration company up in Fairbanks. In all likeliness I won't be drawing anything for a while due to work and personal time when I'm off. Photos most likely. We'll see. I'll have internet at the warehouse I'm staying in. Training starts tomorrow.

Indeed I've just received my B.S. Geology degree in the mail. Feels so awesome to be done with school unless I decide to go for the Masters and then Doctorate. I'm still up in the air about that. Right now I want to find work in my field of study and gain field experience while making $$ at the same time.
